Our goal is to provide consumers with access to the
best possible services in the bathtub refinishing and resurfacing industry. To achieve this goal
all bathtub refinishing companies applying for or receiving a membership on the
Bathtub Refinishing Referral Network will be screened by our staff.
Prescreening is not limited to checking insurance,
references, licensing and status with the Better Business Bureau. Paid
memberships are not refundable.
Listings
Once your membership is purchased and all of the requirements are met we will
list your bathtub resurfacing company on the Bathtub Refinishing Referral Network. Your listing will
be placed in the State(s) in which you do business. If you have purchased a premium listing it will appear
in the Top 10 of your state. Membership is for a period of one year.
Recommended Listings At times we will list
companies without them paying a membership fee. This is if we feel their listing
will benefit consumers in a certain geographical area, as of public record. We reserve the right to determine which companies will
receive free listings and these listings are by invitation only. Free listings
are drawn from public records and are screened under the same requirements as
paid listings. We reserve the right to add or remove any free listing placed on
the network by use of public records.
Requirements
After you purchase your membership you will be required to provide us with any
requested documentation within 3 days.
References Checking of references plays a vital role in
insuring the quality of the bathtub refinishing listings on our network. Every
attempt will be made to contact references directly. We may also use the help of
state licensing agencies, private screening services and the Better Business
Bureau for screening purposes.
Breach
Failure to provide us with or to maintain the proper insurances
and or required state licensing requirements, when requested, is ground for breach of this membership agreement.
Excessive complaints will also result in removal from the network. Breach of this
agreement will result in your listing being removed from the network, until all
requirements are met. Your bathtub refinishing company will be notified prior to removal, and given every
opportunity to fulfill the requirements for reinstatement. Failure to met
requirements of membership, within 15 days of our notification will result in
permanent removal from the network. There are
no refunds after a membership is purchased or if your bathtub resurfacing company is removed from
the network for breaching the paid membership agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Bathtub Refinishing Referral Network, Refinishing
Online, it's subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, employees, agents, and other
third parties harmless from any claims, demands and attorney fees arising from
your paid membership on the Bathtub Refinishing Referral Network, including any
breach of this agreement. You further agree that any claim or cause of action no
matter what jurisdiction it may fall under will be governed by the laws of the
State of Hawaii and that any such claims or demands concerning this agreement
will be filed in the County of Honolulu.
